WOW. To anyone who reads this review—you simply must choose Big Fish Roofing. I'm blown away by Chad and the awesome crew that installed my new roof and gutters November 29–30. The entire process from working with the sales team for an estimate to working with the team onsite was smooth and easy. Two very cool things—they used a drone to take photos during the proposal process and they also take photos throughout the installation and post them online so you can see immediately how things are going. For the actual installation, they showed up exactly when they said they would, did exactly what they said they'd do (and more), and charged exactly what they said they'd charge. Any one of those things is rare in this day and age but all three is truly incredible. The company was terrific to work with: great communication, flexible about requests (such as being careful about landscaping), and they followed through on everything they said they'd do. They installed the roof incredibly quickly (1.5 days for a big house—which ended up needing a ton of wood replaced—and garage, including removal of three chimneys and installation of three vents) and they also did a fantastic job cleaning up. Beyond that, they provided a bag of grass seed to use in the spring since my lawn got a little bit beat up, which was unavoidable. Not only that, they gave me a bundle of shingles to have on hand should any repairs be necessary in the future. Furthermore, one thing that particularly impressed me and was far above and beyond was that they attached some flashing in such a way that some damage under the windowsills (due to old and crumbling wood) was completely covered and eliminated my need for a carpenter. Everyone really went the extra mile. As another example, Chad said that someone would be by in a few days to pick up a wooden board that wouldn't fit in his truck, which was no problem at all. But much to my surprise, he swung back by later that evening to pick up the board and drop off the grass seed. Who goes to that kind of extra effort?! I'm amazed! Thank you so, so much to Chad, the incredible and hardworking crew, and to Big Fish. I feel so confident in my new roof and I'm so glad to have had such a positive experience.

We had an excellent experience with Big Fish and recommend them highly. Our first contact was last summer when we had some leaking problems and were looking for a repair. Ed Brown from Big Fish was the only person I could get a reply from at the time. He came out and took a look. Unfortunately, he determined a repair could not be done well and that our existing roof had reached the end of it's life. We were not prepared at that time but Ed did offer some suggestions and we endured the winter. This spring we began the process of purchasing a new roof. Big Fish was definitely top of my list due to my previous experience with Ed. We did, however, get other estimates. In price, Big Fish was somewhere in the middle . In quality of materials offered, Big Fish was comparable to the highest estimates. As far as responsiveness, professionalism, getting our questions answered, and integrity, Big Fish came out on top. On the day of the install, the crew, dumpster, and materials showed up right on time at 7am and efficiently set about their tasks. A mid -morning downpour interrupted the proceedings, during which the crew deftly covered exposed areas and let the storm pass. The crew was very highly skilled and did a great job. The project manager Tommy and his assistant Brian kept us apprised of all developments throughout the day regarding replacing bad wood and confirming our materials choices. 10 hours later we had a brand new roof and it looks fantastic! Tommy came out himself the following day to install one last vent that was needed. In the end, it was a very positive experience. The job was finished and billed as quoted whereas a company of lesser integrity may have sought for other charges to add last minute. We recommend Big Fish for your roofing needs. The estimator that looked at my roof started with the company as a laborer, worked his way up to boss and then as sales/estimator. He inspected my roof. We sat down and talked. He told me what he found, which sounded accurate. He also explained that they might need to replace some sheeting. They would provide 2 sheet of plywood and any more would be on me. Gutter guards and a larger fan was included in the quote. The quote also had a 50 year transferable warranty.. He had a printer in his vehicle and printed out the quote before he left. A few other contractors were contacted. They would provide a quote and usually, well. . .if you want a warranty you might need to pay for X.

My life got complicated. Last month Marc was contacted and my project was put on the schedule. They showed up today at about 8:00 a.m. After seeing all the roofing in the neighborhood, my surprise at a 1 day promise of completion raised some doubt. Before the project began, all the shrubs were covered with heavy tarps and anything in the way was was moved. They stripped the old roof, flashing, pipe buckets and started putting back about 9:30 a.m. First was a waterproof layer, then a layer of grid and then the shingles. All the flashing was replaced, all the pipe boots, a new ventilation fan was installed. the gutter guards were installed. They used a big magnet to pick up the nails. When they left everything was cleaned and put back.

THEY WERE DONE AND IN THEIR VEHICLES BY 1:30 p.m I have NEVER seen a group that worked so well together. I got a discount for paying the full price. Guess what! NO ADD ON. The same as the original quote.

In today's world it is truly fantastic to have a contractor like Big Fish. Call them. . .you won't be disappointed

Fall 2019 - After soliciting several bids from local companies we decided on Big Fish to replace a roof over our screened porch and to replace the gutters and downspouts on that roof. The entire process was a positive experience. The communication and coordination between ourselves, their office personnel and the skilled professionals who would be performing the onsite work was seamless.

They were able to completely strip and replace the shingles on the roof in one day and made sure that we understood our options in terms of price and quality. They came back the next day to finish off the gutters as well address some vulnerabilities they sighted on our main roof while they were scouting the job.

The roof looks amazing and based on the shingles we selected we should never need to have them replaced again.

Summer 2020 - Nearly nine months after the completion of the project we noticed that the new gutters have not been draining to the extent that one would expect and as a result sediment was settling more which would continue to degrade the drainage even further. We contacted Big Fish and asked if they would come to take a look, perhaps the pitch just needed adjusted a bit. They were happy to do so and we scheduled an appointment about two and a half weeks out.

A few days prior to the appointment it began raining sporadically but often heavily. Big Fish called to ask if they could send someone 'now' as the issue would be much easier to assess 'in live conditions'. Within 20 minutes someone was here. He adjusted the pitch on both gutters and cleaned the traps.

Everyone we have dealt with from Big Fish has been personable, courteous and professional.

We invited Big Fish Roofing to provide an estimate for resolving an array of roofing and gutter issues affecting our six-unit apartment building and two garages. The inspection was performed by Dave Watson. Dave began by examining our two garage roofs and their drainage and ventilation systems. He quickly diagnosed some of the problems we’ve been having and made several excellent suggestions for improvements, including plans to install ridge vents to dramatically increase airflow and to replace our gutters and gutter guards with a new system that will virtually eliminate the need for regular maintenance. Dave then inspected the roof of our main building and began spotting places where patching was needed and making recommendations for addressing some of the issues with our skylights, vents, and chimneys. Dave’s inspection was very thorough and thoughtful. He was also very prompt in providing responses to follow-up questions and a request for an updated quote for a revised scope of work. His written estimate was also excellent – very clear and detailed, spelling out exactly what materials, products, and processes would be used during the repair. All-in-all, Dave provided an outstanding customer service experience. Although we ended up hiring another company for our repair work, we will definitely return to Big Fish when we need to replace the shingle roofs on our garage buildings.

After doing some internet research, my sister and I decided to contact the two contracting companies that had the best reviews. We met with a representative from each company on consecutive days, with Big Fish scheduled for the second day. If we had only contacted one company, we most likely would have gone with the first one. However, after meeting with Marc from Big Fish, we were very impressed with how much more comprehensive his inspection was compared to the one we had the previous day from the other company.
Besides replacing the roof, we had some other issues to address and the representative from the first company gave us an estimate for those, in addition to the cost of replacing the roof. Marc, on the hand, told us that what we were concerned about could be easily fixed and, in fact, did a quick fix on the spot! He also set up a second meeting so that he could show us pictures that he had taken with the drone and explain what needed to be done in much more detail. We more or less had decided to go with Big Fish after the first meeting, but the second one confirmed it for us.
The day of the installation got pushed back one day due to weather conditions, but, other than that, everything went smoothly, and the work was completed earlier than we had anticipated. All in all, we are very pleased with our new roof and our experience with Big Fish.

We had a sudden leak in our upstairs bathroom. I knew our roof was quite old but wasn't prepared for a replacement prior to this. We were referred to Big Fish from a family member and valued their judgement.

As a DIY, shade tree mechanic, "fix it yourself" type I was hesitant at first but realized I cannot do this roof. Big Fish is the first contractor I've ever hired to do work on my home and I must say I'm impressed.

The roofing crew was very fast but did an excellent job by my summation. The gentlemen that installed the gutters worked with me to address a drainage issue on the front of the house, willing to test some things out for me while they were there.

The quick response to address my concern of internal damage due to a leak is much appreciated. We found a few nails and screws around the house after the fact but if you think all of this work is performed and you don't have any of that, you are a delusional. It happens.

Also, Ed needs a raise or a faster company car. He seems like a very busy guy, I think he could get to the houses faster (ridiculous questions and demands of the general public notwithstanding) in a company sports car, like a Corvette ZR1 with Big Fish on the doors. Let's give Ed 755 HP.

All kidding aside, I'll be calling next year when it's time to do the garage.

My review may be a little different than most, but can provide a different kind of insight into this company. I am an 8th grade teacher who took on a Career Study class this year. One of the initiatives I wanted to include into the curriculum was having individuals in the “real world” come in and present about what they do for a living.
Owner, Ben Fisher, was more than happy to come in and talk to the kids. Not only did he come in and talk, he came with a PowerPoint, he handed out Big Fish cups and t-shirts, and his presentation was very informational. His message resonated with the kids....if you show up on time, work hard, and you do what you say you are going to do....you can be successful at whatever you choose to do.
While I may have not had a roof put on, new siding, or windows....I can tell you he showed up on time, came prepared, and did what he said he was going to do. Not only did he come into my classroom once, but he returned for a 2nd visit.
Ben went above and beyond in all facets with his visits into my classroom. The Big Fish Contracting Company is always looking to give back and help out communities. I have no doubt that anyone who does business with the Big Fish Contracting Company will receive the same top-notch treatment.

I had the guys at Big Fish replace my entire roof a few years back. I had an old slate roof that needed torn off and I had some chimneys removed at the same time. The work went quickly, and without a problem. Everything looked great after they finished. However, there was a nagging leak that remained around the sole chimney that was left on my roof. Normally this would result in a negative review, but the company's response was great. They immediately sent someone to redo the caulking(?) around the chimney flashing and the leak was fixed. In addition to the previous incident, when I went to sell the house this year, the home inspection came back with some questions regarding the roof-work. Not to worry; again the company sent someone out immediately to inspect the roof and quell any concerns the buyers had. My house sold with no issue.
I waited to write a review because sometimes its takes a while for issues to arise, and in this day and age, customer service needs to take the forefront (see above chimney leak issue). The work I had done came with a multi-year warranty, and I have no doubt Big Fish will honor it and be back to fix anything that may happen to go awry over the years. They've earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Honestly I can’t say enough great things about this company. Everyone throughout the process was very friendly, helpful, and Knowledgeable. We had a lot of moving parts for our project and they accommodated everything we needed . I first spoke with Val and she immediately made me feel comfortable. And then I dealt with their sales team (David) and it was refreshing talking to someone who just had our best interest in mind , not just trying to sell us something we didn’t need. He helped us determine what was the right fit for our job. The bid was extremely detailed and easy to view and got back to us within a day of him looking at the job. After we had all of that figured out the production team was amazing. Parker was the supervisor and he communicated everything with us. When they would arrive, what to expect during, and updates throughout. He posted several pictures throughout as well which was nice. They even all took a little bit of time to interact with my 1 year old who was very interested in the work being done!. They got there first thing in the am and were done by dinner! The final product was amazing too. We feel very fortunate to have used them for our project in our new home. Will never use/ recommend any other roofing company.

We reached out to Big Fish because we received a notice from our home owners telling us our roof needed replaced or repaired. Out of 8 companies we contacted, they were the only ones to return our call and ACTUALLY show up!

We had a very short window of time to get a roof inspection and make repairs before our policy was cancelled. Mark came out quickly and did an inspection, taking lots of photos and writing up a report for the insurance company. He effortlessly tried to get in touch with our insurance company, and advocated on our behalf. We had a lot of issues getting in touch with our insurance company to approve the repairs and he really made every effort to help us with this before we even signed off on the contract. Just an all around genuinely decent guy to work with. The crew was efficient and polite and got the work done in an afternoon. They were quiet, respectful, and made the process easy.

Once we okayed the repairs, his crew was out within a couple of weeks to make the fixes and bring us up to code. Any questions we had, he was on top of and got back to us almost immediately. We really appreciate the kindness and level of care provided during such a stressful experience with our insurance company.

This review is for my interactions with Big Fish Contracting which, so far, consist of inviting them to inspect and diagnose the following issue, which they did in a professional manner. There were areas of discoloration on my ceiling that seemed to correspond directly to where beams on the attic floor are located above the ceiling. Called several contractors, and each one had a different opinion about the cause, and differing opinions on the solution. Eventually, we called BFC and scheduled a visit. Long story short, after a thorough examination in the attic, they showed me photos and a video of the attic inspection that pointed out several issues that none of the other contractors observed, and that actually seemed to explain the source of the ceiling discoloration. I live in a condo with an HOA and a property management company who are rather difficult to deal with. This is a roofing issue, which, under the HOA maintenance matrix, is their responsibility. I have to submit BFC's report and repair estimate to them before I can proceed further, but so far, I am pleased with BFC's professionalism, their pleasant dispositions, the amount of time they spent here, and the respect with which they treated me.

I mean, what can I say? From beginning to end this experience was incredible. When we requested a quote they responded within an hour. And get this: they showed up everyday they said they were exactly when they said they were. The consultation was one of the most professional I’ve ever had and the price was reasonable and comparable to other companies. Then install day came and the crew was punctual as I said, and very efficient and professional. They got my roof done in less than a day and it looks gorgeous!!! They also did a very good job cleaning up after they were done. The gutters and downspouts were done two days later and once again, the crew was on time, professional, and did amazing work. And I didn’t even mention the lady that set our appointment over the phone, stellar experience. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly delivers unbeatable customer service look no further than the team at Big Fish. I am so happy with my roof and gutters! The curb appeal of my home is so much higher now because their work looks so damn good!!! 10’s across the board!!! They’re my go to for any roofing needs, I want to install solar eventually and they’re my first choice for that for sure.

To start, I'm a big believer in reading reviews before making most purchases. Needing a new roof was certainly a big purchase/decision. To begin the process, I searched for roofing contractors in my area. Then I narrowed my choices down to the 4 best Google reviews (4.9 to 5.0). I reached out to these 4 to get pricing. 3 of the 4 companies showed up to quote my job. After meeting with each of them and reviewing the quotes, we decided to go with Big Fish. The other quotes were using compararable material, and 1 was using the same material. Big Fish was 20% lower than the highest quote and 12% lower than the next closest. They showed up when they said they would and completed this removal and replacement in just 1 day. It was very obvious this 7 person crew knew what they were doing from the start. everything was covered and they went to work. This crew was very professional and courteous. There was a constant clean-up going on as well which made the final clean-up much easier. This roof is high and steep. Did I mention this was all done in 1 day? !!!

Hopefully I will not need another roof on this house for decades, but Big Fish will be my go to for any roofing needs.

Working with Big Fish Contracting was an excellent experience. I needed to get my siding replaced after we discovered it was rapidly deteriorating (old masonry siding product). Marc came out and reviewed the house and project with me and quoted on James Hardie siding. He was able to go into technical details easily and highlight some of the challenge spots and possible options. At no point did I ever feel any kind of "sales pushiness" during the process (I'm super sensitive to overt sales tactics). Marc was honest and really helped me walk through the process. We even had a follow up meeting to select colors, styles and textures. Once the work started we worked closely with Frank the PM and he was just as great an experience to work with as Marc. He was usually on site supporting the team (watched him paint some parts for the install so the color would match) or at times would drive out to a regional supply when it looked like some material was running low to keep things moving. Each day ended with a text summary of how things were going and what to expect the next day. Overall, the experience of working with Big Fish was excellent from start to finish.

Sales man was relaxed, not pushie, explained complete process,
put drone up took pictures and returned 2 days later, with facts.
Installations was just one week away. 7 am was promised.
7am project manager showed up at door, gave me details of what to expect.
7:15 am Michales Bros shows up with dumpster, parks it wonderfully in my steep driveway. also 7:15 am Crew and truck show up, and start right off the bat to Tarp, house, bring up latter, roaps, tools, to do job. Amainzing.
They never stopped, worked all the time. I gave them a cooler of water and cheese crackers, Blueberry muffin's. They thanked me.
As roof was ripped off, I was able to see, how bad some off the wood was and needed replaced to do job correctly, so I OK it.
They then install the Ice & water Barrier, the best protection above old time felt, the Best pipes boots and protection, and J drip edjd all around, and the roof vent with larger shingles to protect. The Crew never stopped, great workers.
they cleaned up a best as possible, i still found 20 nails on driveway but they may have been under Dumsture. No biggie for job well done.
7am till 6 pm. a long hard day of wonderful work.

The last couple of guys to 'repair' our gutters after ice damage did a real number on the entire system -- this ultimately turned into water leakage on the inside of the house and a plethora of damage to 1 specific room. I called Marc to formulate a work order and figure out what it was going to take to correct the issue. He was .professional, up front and honest. I ended up adding on to his estimate (additional gutter guards) and signing off. The day the guys came out to work, they were here early and worked hard throughout the 2 days it took. It was a bit of a tough project due to the recent snow and height of the house, being on a hill, etc. Brandon and his team did an incredible job, and were great -- courteous and down to earth. I commend the crew for the hard work and wonderful job they did.

I'm an engineer, and am used to the typical vendor selection process for work to be completed. Generally I'll choose a few, get estimates and whomever is the best overall wins. Big Fish was the end result of a lot of digging and I wouldn't change a thing. I'll certainly contact them again for any future endeavors requiring roof work or the like.

Big Fish came out to replace a steep asphalt roof of unknown age, including jumping box gutters and replacing a skylight. While it was a busy season for them, they were responsive from inspection to quote to scheduling and installation. Brooke was pleasant to coordinate with. The team provided me with drone photos and an estimate, and once I was on their schedule, they did a quick patch of current leaky shingles and gutter so that I would not have further water damage until my replacement day arrived. Bryan led the roofing team, and they worked diligently to get the tearoff and replacement done in just two days, beating an approaching rainstorm. They were quick to contact me via text for questions and clarifications during the installation. Unfortunately, my roof decking also needed to be replaced, but they were still able to get it done in two days. The gutter team was able to follow up quickly to finish the whole job, and cleanup was as thorough as I would expect. It was a big project, but I was happy with the communication and workmanship from Big Fish. Thanks, team!

As a newer homeowner, I was unsure of what I was getting into hiring the right roofing company to do my home and shed after hail damage. I had a few estimates.

I could not be more satisfied with the work completed by Big Fish Roofing. They were extremely patient with me as I sorted through the details of obtaining estimates and aligning my finances. They ultimately provided the most cost effective and comprehensive option. Rich expertly reviewed the quote with me and was present and accessible from the moment I signed the contract through choosing shingle colors, securing financing, and scheduling. I used them for roof repair a year ago. I needed roof repair again this year. A drone inspection showed that our 29 year old roof was going to continue to have issues. From inspection through completion, we were treated with respect by a very professional staff. Detailed estimates were provided. Our project was scheduled promptly with a window for start to finish dates provided.

Our project manager (Tommy) texted me with our start date and time. He also gave a detailed list of what we needed to move to protect our household goods. They covered our landscaping and protected our gutters.

A large crew of industrious workers arrived and worked steadily for about 11 hours a day. Our very large steep roof was completed in 2 days.

We were updated with progress pictures throughout the process. Debris was removed continuously to an on-site dumpster. Multiple magnet rollers ensured that our grandchildren won’t find any errant nails although we will still check for nails.

Great experience with this company! I have had a winter weather water issue as well as water damage in an upstairs room. Talked through the details with Dave, who was GREAT: responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. He moved through the paperwork, made decision-making easy, and quickly got me on the schedule. The teams that came out were on schedule, careful to move things out of the way (e.g. deck furniture), and they cleaned up well afterwards. Dan was my project manager and was also GREAT. He walked me through each of the steps, was always available for questions, checked over the work, and triple-checked clean-up. He even helped fix a light! Thanks, Dan! : ) The work looks like it was well done. I really like the shingle color, and the gutters that were installed really give it a very polished look. I would definitely recommend this company for roof and gutter installations…and I am hopeful and confident I won’t have to worry about winter weather and that the water issue upstairs is resolved.

Big Fish saved my family and I in a massive way. Other roofers that came to my home attempted to talk me into a 15 - 20k roof when the current roof on my new home is only 6 years old. Big Fish presented me with several options. They could have been like the rest but they insisted that all I really needed was an exhaust fan in my attic to get the heat and moisture out and air moving. This saved me thousands. The guys were prompt, professionally attired, the quote was fair, and their work was extremely thorough. Also, I was not placed on a 4 week wait list because it was a big job for them AND the owner personally messaged me. The guys at Big Fish even went on my roof to inspect and measure while it was snowing out, while other companies measured from the ground and guessed what was wrong. I could go on but if you are still reading you can tell that we were impressed with each and every aspect. In my line of work, relationships absolutely matter. Our downspout was blown off during a windstorm. I conducted a Google search and Big Fish was one of the first names I saw. I had recently observed them working on other houses on my street and noted the excellence of the work, so I called them.

The whole process was easy. I met with the project manager to discuss the issue and pick the closest color to that of my existing gutters. At the time he had advised there may be a slight delay to upcoming bad weather. I was contacted twice by the scheduling team about having to reschedule due to weather conditions. They were extremely transparent in the communication and while it wasn’t necessary, apologized for having to reschedule due.

The install team was polite and efficient. I do not believe they were at my home for more than 15 minutes. They installed the downspout and secured it to the house and cleaned up the area.

I have already recommended them to my neighbor who has a gutter project. I would recommend them to anyone!

It was a pleasure to work with Big Fish Roofing from start to finish. All three employees I interacted with, Dan Ogorsky who developed the proposed contract, and Tommy Campbell and Chad Wall, who were assigned as on-site project managers, were personable, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to doing expert work. The roof site was unique, the fourth floor loft of a two-unit condominium. In close quarters they were able to upload shingles and other materials and off-load the old roof into a ground floor dumpster without any damage to the building. They dealt with unforeseen problems effectively when they occurred, replacing three plywood sections of the roof and constructing a water proof interface along a 20 foot seam with an adjoining building—all without any added cost to the original contract. They took special care to install two new skylight windows with watertight trim. The entire job was finished in one day (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) exactly as they projected.

Edit: I just wanted to add that Richard Boehm at Big Fish is such a great guy to work with. My husband had some questions after the job was completed. Rich came right over and answered any questions that he had. He is always very nice and helpful and he answers any questions that we have.

We had to get a new roof and Big Fish gave us a reasonable quote so we decided to go with them. We had positive interactions with them before (they did our gutters) but not for roof projects. My husband and I are so glad that we went with them! We were able to easily schedule with them. They came on time the day of and the project manager was really good about communicating the whole day. He continuously checked in with us, giving us updates. The team was really efficient and they finished installing the roof in one day. Afterwards, they did a great job cleaning up and our roof looked great! Highly recommend this company.

BIG FISH roofing did a great job on my roof. The crew worked hard all day. I especially liked the periodic photo uploads that allowed me to monitor the progress of the job. It pinpointed problem areas that could not be detected until the old shingles were removed. They also used a drone to take pictures from above the house. I was impressed with their use of technology. They covered the perimeter of the house with tarps and netting to catch debris from hitting my plants, deck and driveway. The crew was hardworking and friendly. They stayed a little later in the workday so that they could finish the job and clean the area in one day (which I appreciated).
I also appreciated the way in which the company answered all of my questions and responded to all of my inquiries through e-mail, phone or text in a timely manner. I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors.

We choose to use Big Fish over 3 other companies and it wasn’t for the price. They were actually a little higher than the others. Not much. A few hundred dollars .. But it was the way they followed up with everything. Is the reason why we choose them. After they gave us the bid. They followed up and wanted to know if we understood. The bid and if we had any questions. None of the others did that. Actually never heard from the others after bidding. They Called us and informed of dumpster drop off day and start day. They kept in contact thru the whole job and actually a week later to see how we liked the roof. You just don’t get that kind of caring ,concern and attention to detail. From companies anymore. !!! I had flashing around the chimney that was damaged and missing resulting in water damage in bedroom wall and ceiling. Also some of the shingles were missing and the wood underneath was rotted from leakage.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Big Fish. They went above and beyond to what I was expecting for a repair. Not only did they fix flashing but also restored the integrity of the area that was around the chimney leaving a strong reliable structure. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received and the crew was professional and customer service friendly. They even took pictures of everything that they did to reassure me that this was wasn’t just a patch job but a restoration of roof integrity from future problems.

Well done Big Fish. I plan to follow up with them if or when we decide to get the entire roof replaced. Thanks again!!!

I can’t say enough about about Big Fish! We first met with Ed. Was very impressed with him and his work ethics! Took his time, used a drone, took many pictures and brought them back to the office to review. Was not able to fine anything obvious that would cause our leak and scheduled us for a secondary inspection, which was done by Dave Hison. What an incredibly thorough, professional, and polite man! Spent a long time researching every possible reason why we were experiencing this mysterious water entry. Finally determined it was insulation blocking air flow and causing condensation. So extremely helpful and thorough in his explanation so that we understood what was happening! We HIGHLY recommend Big Fish, and they will be the one who will replace the roof in the future, but they believe that won’t be for another 10 years! Their honesty is refreshing!

We had our roof replaced, with gutters. Of the 3 quotes we received from various companies, Big Fish was in the middle - but the quote included work that we hadn’t originally asked for but definitely still needed. Dave saw the age of 2 smaller roof sections on the sides of the house and included those, as well as our front and back porch. Neither of the other 2 companies bothered to address those items in their quote, even as an option. Even with the extra work included their price was still better than one of the others.

After the roof was completed we noticed how crappy the old siding looked so we had them replace the siding as well.

Both jobs done well within the quoted timeframe. The process of choosing the company, working on material choices and even setting up financing through their site couldn’t have been easier.
