Had a great experience for some small repair work with downspouts and chimney. Garrett Huffman came out, did an inspection, and gave me an honest opinion which I really appreciated. He had to come out multiple times for small tasks due to the weather, but he addressed the urgency of our situation to stop water coming in to the house and was responsive over text for scheduling. Hoping to get more work done from them in the new year.
I pastor a church. Our very steep sanctuary roof badly needed replaced. We were hoping to get it done before Christmas of 2021. (After that we would have to wait until Spring.) The entire team was fast, professional, hard working and thorough.

I had an estimate done for Gable Vent replacement on 7/25/2022. I signed the agreement on 7/29/2022 and was told the Scheduling Dept would set me up “right away”. After not hearing from anyone for a while I reached out to see when the job would be scheduled. Come to find out Ed took it upon himself to delay my scheduling and ordering my vents because I had asked for a quote on an unrelated project.
So after we get that squared away and get the job scheduled I expected everything to go smoothly. Well, the day before they were supposed to start the job I get a text that my vents weren’t in and they pushed me back a week. Ok, fine. The next scheduled day comes, I reach out to confirm we’re a go for the repairs. I was told that we were good to go. Then around noon, when no one showed up, I contacted them just to be told my vents weren’t in, even though I was told they were, and they had to push the job again. I was given the usual “We’re so sorry” nonsense and I had started to let my frustration show.
Finally, after 2 months I was called and reassured that my vents were in and they’d be there in the morning to do the job. When they did finally show up, the vents were the wrong size. I asked why they were the wrong size if they were measured and I was told “I didn’t measure because I though they were standard size”. So Ed said he would look to get me the right size vents. After two days he calls and says “I can’t the right vents. We can’t do the job. Ok.” Then just hung up on me.
Absolute garbage experience and customer service. Used to think highly of them considering everything I’ve heard but my experience was awful. Honestly irritated I have to even give a single star for this review.
