EDIT: This unfortunately turned out to be not the experience I had hoped for. First they replaced the roof, and the ceiling still leaked. Then they replaced the siding, and the ceiling still leaked. It turned out that THEIR workers installed flashing improperly. I understand mistakes happen, but I expect an apology when that happens. No apology was given. My poor tenant has been so vigilant with collecting the rain water that has been dripping into the house, and she deserved an apology too. I will say that Big Fish was very prompt with coming back out to assess and make things right. This last leak really tipped the scale for me though. They should not have had to come back a 3rd time! Utterly ridiculous.
