The job was well-supervised and managers made multiple trips to my house to check in and to follow up. They sent up a camera drone before/during/and after the job so I could watch the progress, and then see the final result. Afterwards I encountered some remaining debris (and nails on the ground around the house) and when I called they came out immediately (and made several trips) to run the magnet. When I discovered some damage had been done to my outdoor air conditioning unit, they sent someone out immediately to assess the damage and then replace the unit in one day. The work and the materials are covered by a warranty that is transferrable to the next homeowner. I give Big Fish my highest recommendation, as they are extremely and extraordinarily responsive and responsible.
